Book our ECR Beach House for Rent in Chennai. We are located in Kovalam village on the East Coast Road just past Muttukadu boat club, 35 kms (about 1 hour) from Chennai Central. If you are travelling from the Chennai city, please allow for the traffic at peak hours. Once at our beach house, you will enjoy the private swimming pool, a large A/C hall, 2 A/C bedroom with attached bathroom and the kitchen has a fridge freezer. Sandy play area for beach games and there is beach access. You can rent our beach house in ECR for 1 day for team outing, corporate events, bachelors / birthday party, family and friends get-togethers.

What is the 1 day rent for the beach house in ECR?
The rent is Rs. 18,500 per day. Check-in is at 10:30 AM and check-out is at 9:30 AM the next day. A backup generator is available if required; diesel charges are extra. See our 1 day rent price and T & C.
Does the beach house have a private swimming pool?
Yes. Royal Court has its own private swimming pool with a cascade / waterfall inside the gated property, for your group’s use only. Children under 16 must be with a supervising adult, diving is not allowed and the pool lights are switched off at 10:00 PM.
What facilities does the beach house have?
A large A/C hall, 2 A/C bedrooms with attached bathroom, a kitchen with fridge freezer, the private swimming pool, an outdoor BBQ area, a beach volleyball / throwball court, a sandy play area for children, a lawn, granite picnic tables with stools, a backup generator and beach access. Can we rent the beach house in ECR for a birthday party, family get-together or team outing?
Yes. The beach house is let for birthday parties, family and friends get-togethers, BBQ parties, team outings, corporate events, office parties and meetings. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. See our BBQ and party facilities.

Royal Court ECR Beach House is on Kanniamman Koil Street in Kovalam village, on the East Coast Road (ECR), Chennai 603112, just past Muttukadu boat club. It is 35 kms from Chennai Central (about 1 hour), 5 kms before Crocodile Bank and 20 kms before Mahabalipuram. See the map and directions.
Can we bring our own food or have a BBQ?
Yes. You can bring your own food or buy from the take away restaurants and biriyani places on ECR, and we can give you the telephone numbers of local caterers. There is a do-it-yourself charcoal BBQ area. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, with microwave and gas for heating food only.
