Renting our beach house in ECR, Chennai is very simple and easy. All you need to do is call or WhatsApp us with required dates / times. We will then get back to you with availability, or you can check availability online. If available, you can make a deposit or pay in full to block the dates / times for you.
We are located in Kovalam village on the East Coast Road (ECR) just past Muttukadu Boat House. If you are travelling from the Chennai city, please allow for the traffic at peak hours. Once at ECRbeachhouse, you will enjoy the private swimming pool, a large A/C hall, 2 A/C bedroom with attached bathroom and the kitchen has a fridge freezer. There is plenty of outside space to play volley ball or throwball or simply just relax. Our BBQ facility is second to none and you must try this. Ask our site manager for help to arrange a BBQ party for your family and friends.
How Far Is It from Chennai?
Our beach house for rent in Kovalam, Chennai is just 35 kms (about 1 hour) from Chennai Central, 5 kms before Crocodile Bank & 20 kms before Mahabalipuram on ECR.
Go to the end of Kanniamman Koil Street towards the temple and turn into the last compound on the right. Royal Court ECR Beach House is the second building on the right once you enter the mud road.
